By downloading, installing, or using the Rhoo Browser mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. License Grant

Rhoo Browser grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your Android-compatible mobile devices for personal, non-commercial purposes in compliance with these Terms.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of proprietary components.
Use automated scripts, emulators, or botnets to fabricate referral link clicks or install attribution records.
Circumvent or tamper with security, licensing, or content protection mechanisms.
Use the App to engage in unlawful activities or distribute malware.

4. On-Device Content & Third-Party Websites

Rhoo Browser is a tool for accessing content across the World Wide Web. Rhoo has no control over third-party websites, their privacy practices, or their content. You access external websites at your own risk.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RHOO BROWSER AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

6. Termination & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
