            Core Privacy Commitment: Rhoo Browser does not sell, upload, or monetize your personal web browsing history, bookmarks, or search terms. All browsing state is stored 100% locally on your device.
        

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

Unlike conventional web browsers, Rhoo Browser is engineered with a strict Zero-Cloud architecture:

No Browsing History: The URLs you visit, page titles, and timestamps never leave your device.
No Search Queries: Queries entered into the search bar are sent directly to your chosen search engine provider (e.g. Google), never through a Rhoo proxy.
No Form Inputs or Passwords: Credentials, payment cards, and autocomplete entries are never uploaded to any remote server.
No Persistent Advertising Identifiers (GAID): Rhoo does not store or share your Google Advertising ID.

2. Information Collected for App Functionality & Attribution

To support remote configuration updates, campaign attribution, and ad fraud prevention, our application collects minimal technical signals:

Attribution Data (First App Launch Only): When you install Rhoo from the Google Play Store, the app queries the official Google Play Install Referrer API for campaign source attribution (e.g. creator referral key `rk`). This runs once at initial launch.
Salted Cryptographic Hashes: We generate a one-way hashed token (`sha256(salt + device_id)`) to prevent duplicate install abuse. Raw device serial numbers and hardware IDs are never stored.
Anti-Fraud Technical Signals: Non-personal device flags (such as whether the environment is an Android emulator or virtual private network) to prevent automated click farms from gaming partner referral payouts.
Anonymous Daily Telemetry: Aggregate counts of daily active sessions and total ad impressions without user IDs or tracking cookies.

3. Local Device Storage

Your browsing data (including history, bookmarks, download lists, and tab states) is stored in a private SQLite database managed by Android's application sandbox. You may purge all local data at any time via Settings → Clear Browsing Data.

4. Third-Party Advertising & Mediation

To keep Rhoo Browser free, we display non-personalized native advertisements and rewarded video ads through Google AdMob and TopOn mediation. These networks operate under their respective privacy policies and comply with Google Play Developer Program policies.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

Because Rhoo Browser does not maintain user accounts or cloud browsing logs, uninstalling the application permanently deletes all local bookmarks and browsing records. To request deletion of install attribution records, contact us below.
